Flowwithlit provides payment gateway services, cryptocurrency conversion tools, mobile banking features, and developer integrations for merchants and businesses. Our Services enable you to accept payments, convert crypto to fiat, manage accounts, and integrate with e-commerce platforms.
We partner with licensed financial institutions and payment processors to deliver banking and payment features. We are not a bank and do not hold deposits or provide credit.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
We reserve the right to verify your identity and business (KYC/AML) before granting access to live features. Sandbox access is available without full verification for testing purposes.
You are responsible for all transactions processed through your account. You agree to pay the fees listed on our Pricing page, which may be updated from time to time. Fees are deducted automatically from settlements or invoiced.
We may hold funds for risk, compliance, or regulatory reasons. Payouts are subject to our processing timelines and any reserves.
Crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto conversions are provided as a convenience. Exchange rates are indicative and subject to market volatility and network fees. Flowwithlit is not responsible for losses due to market fluctuations, failed transactions, or blockchain issues.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. Certain regions may have restricted access to crypto features.
You may not use the Services for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sale of illegal goods, unlicensed gambling, or any business listed as restricted in our Registration & KYC Rules.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to our platform or partners.
All content, trademarks, software, and materials on the Flowwithlit platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowwithlit and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, risk management, legal requirements, or at our discretion. You may close your account by contacting support, subject to any outstanding obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Flowwithlit operates its primary services. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
