By accessing or using Flowwithlit, you enter into a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate KYC information, use our platform strictly for lawful purposes, and follow all financial regulations. Flowwithlit provides digital payment rails, virtual account transfers, and instant currency swaps with bank-grade encryption.
By registering for an account, accessing our website, invoking our APIs, or utilizing any services provided by Flowwithlit ("Flowwithlit", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Merchant", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using our platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register for a Flowwithlit account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete identity information during registration and to complete all required Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification checks.
Flowwithlit provides digital financial infrastructure including multi-currency payment processing, dedicated virtual bank accounts, peer-to-peer Flow Tag transfers, developer API webhooks, and instant crypto-to-fiat currency swaps. Flowwithlit reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time with appropriate notice.
You agree not to use Flowwithlit for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit goods transactions, unauthorized financial schemes, pyramid structures, cyberattacks, rate manipulation, or attempting to compromise platform security.
All transaction fees, exchange rates, and payout processing schedules are displayed transparently prior to transaction execution. Real-time currency swaps are executed at prevailing market rates. Once a blockchain cryptocurrency transaction or local bank payout is executed, it is non-reversible.
Flowwithlit complies with international financial standards including FATF guidelines, OFAC sanctions lists, EU GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Accounts originating from or attempting transactions with prohibited embargoed jurisdictions are subject to automated restriction and asset freezing.
All content, trademarks, code, brand logos, software, and user interface designs on Flowwithlit are the exclusive intellectual property of Flowwithlit. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our APIs and services in accordance with these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowwithlit and its officers, directors, employees, and founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or operational interruptions resulting from your use of the platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flowwithlit, its founders, affiliates, and technology partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and legal costs arising out of your violation of these terms or improper use of the platform.
Flowwithlit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account immediately without prior notice if we detect suspicious activity, fraudulent transactions, regulatory violations, or breaches of this Agreement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law standards. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration before a recognized international arbitration tribunal.
